Interests and Extracurricular Activities: Watching/reading about /listening to/memorizing useless pieces of information abour cars and planes, hanging out with friends, biking, dreaming, pretending my 1979 240d won't break down, drawing, piano, bioethics, economics...
Short Bio: I was born in Beijing, China, and grew up in Southern California. Currently, I am pursuing biology degree and an economics minor. Outside academics, I work as a communications intern at the Hoover Institution. I am also involved in FACES, Stanford ATI, and the Looking Ahead Speaker Series of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. I enjoy anything to do with cars and planes, as well as mountain bike riding and hanging out with my brothers and friends.
Reason I Joined Phi Psi: Prior to rushing Phi Psi, I never even dreamed about joining a fraternity. The active brothers of Phi Psi really changed my idea of what fraternity life entailed and convinced me that Phi Psi is something I would enjoy. The main reason I joined Phi Psi is because the brothers of this fraternity share many of my interests and ambitions. My closest friends at Stanford are my Phi Psi brothers, and this fraternity is something that I am truly proud of.
